Enaia Studio

AI implementation,
designed for human capability.

Enaia Studio works with enterprise leaders to turn AI ambition into systems people actually use — less time assembling the picture, more time acting on it.

I work where AI strategy meets real enterprise behavior — fragmented data, legacy workflows, anxious teams, unclear governance, and the pressure to move fast.

Concept 01

Retail Portfolio Intelligence

Enterprise Intelligence for Retail Portfolio Management · an original concept film · 4:16, no narration

Leadership doesn’t need another dashboard. It needs a clearer decision.

One domain. The same pattern applies to finance, supply chain, and legal.

An original Enaia Studio concept. Built with fictional organizations and fictional operational data — not connected to live enterprise systems.

The interface is the visible layer.

Retail Portfolio Intelligence brings fragmented signals together, preserves their sources, and surfaces what deserves attention — so leadership begins with context instead of assembling it.

The deeper opportunity is the administrative work that disappears. Hours spent reconciling systems become hours available for judgment, design, and the decisions only people can make.

Concept 02

Renovation Scoping Intelligence

Enterprise Intelligence for Renovation Scoping · concept film in production

Broader inputs. Fewer missed handoffs. More human time for judgment.

Renovation Scoping Intelligence explores how fragmented scoping administration — site conditions, existing documentation, trade inputs, historical precedent — becomes a design-ready package a person reviews rather than assembles.

Approach

AI turns chaos into clarity. Clarity sharpens judgment.
The decision remains yours.

Strategic AI Advisory

The work of deciding what deserves to be built. Readiness gets built rather than waited for, and AI ambition becomes a direction worth committing to.

Enterprise Intelligence Design

Systems that move work away from coordination labor and toward judgment — transforming scattered operational reality into decision-ready clarity.

Human-Centered Implementation

Adoption designed around the people who carry the work. The system prepares; it does not decide. Human judgment remains accountable.

AI Governance

Accountability, trust, and risk controls that earn board confidence. Responsible deployment is designed in from the start — at enterprise and board level.

About

I’m Ena Yang. I’ve spent more than two decades working across architecture, retail design, Store Development, and enterprise leadership — most recently leading design across large, complex retail portfolios.

Leading complex portfolios taught me that the hardest organizational problems are rarely caused by a shortage of talent or information. They’re caused by the effort required to connect what people already know.

Enaia Studio is my exploration of what happens when AI absorbs more of that connective work — assembling context, revealing risk, reducing repetitive administration, and creating more room for judgment, creativity, and leadership.

Most recently, led the Los Angeles pilot of the Uplift program — 100 coffeehouses targeted, with early work delivered across 103 locations.
